Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and the product is in its original condition.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep across Saudi Arabia.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
